１．気象庁の「暴风警报」、「暴风雪警报」又は「大雪警报」が発令された场合
台风接近等の気象条件により神奈川県全域又は神奈川県东部全域（川崎?横浜?湘南?叁浦半岛）に気象庁の暴风警报、暴风雪警报又は大雪警报が発令された场合は、以下の休讲措置をとります。Ａ．午前6 時までに上記警報が解除された場合： 1 時限目から授業実施
午前6 時を過ぎても上記警報が解除されない場合：午前（ 1 - 2 時限）休講
Ｂ．午前10時までに上記警報が解除された場合： 3 時限目から授業実施
午前10時を過ぎても上記警報が解除されない場合：午後（ 3 - 5 時限）休講
Ｃ．午後3 時時までに上記警報が解除された場合： 6 時限目から授業実施
午後3 時を過ぎても上記警報が解除されない場合：午後（ 6 - 7 時限）休講
２．交通机関の运行が停止した场合
下记に基づき、休讲措置を行います。○交通机関の不通による休讲

1. If the Japan Meteorological Agency issues violent winds warning (boufukeiho), blizzard warning (boufusetsukeiho) or heavy snow warning (oyukikeiho)
With regard to classes on all campuses, please refer to the following rules.If the Japan Meteorological Agency issues violent winds warning (boufukeiho), blizzard warning (boufusetsukeiho) or heavy snow warning (oyukikeiho) throughout the entire Kanto prefecture or the entire East Kanagawa region (Kawasaki, Yokohama, Shonan, Miura Peninsula) due to weather conditions such as approach of typhoon, classes will be cancelled as follows.
A. If the above warning is lifted before 6:00am, classes will be held from the first period.
If the above warning is not lifted after 6:00am, classes in the morning (the first and second periods) will be cancelled.
B. If the above warning is lifted before 10:00am, classes will be held from the third period.
If the above warning is not lifted after 10:00am, classes in the afternoon (the third, fourth and fifth periods) will be cancelled.
C. If the above warning is lifted before 3:00pm, classes will be held from the sixth period.
If the above warning is not lifted after 3:00pm, classes in the afternoon (the sixth and seventh periods) will be cancelled.
2. Classes will be cancelled as follows if the transportation is suspended.
- The first and second periods will be cancelled if any of the following events applies at 6:00am to the relevant campus.- The third to fifth periods will be cancelled if any of the following events applies at 10:00am to the relevant campus.
- The sixth to seventh periods will be cancelled if any of the following events applies at 3:00pm to the relevant campus.
For Hakkei Campus:
1) If Keikyu Line (Shinagawa-Misakiguchi) is not running
2) If both the Toyoko Line (Shibuya-Yokohama) and Sotetsu Line (Yokohama-Yamato) are not running
3) If 3 or more of the following lines are not running: JR Tokaido Line (Tokyo-Atami), JR Keihintohoku and Negishi Line (Tokyo-Ofuna), JR Yokohama Line (Hachioji-Higashi Kanagawa), JR Yokosuka Line (Tokyo-Kurihama), and Yokohama Subway (entire Blue Line)
4) If 1 of the lines indicated in 2) above, and 2 of the lines indicated in 3) above are not running
For Fukuura Campus:
1) If the entire Seaside Line is not running
2) If both JR Keihintohoku and Negishi Line (Tokyo-Ofuna), and Keikyu Line (Shinagawa- Misakiguchi) are not running
3) If 3 or more of the following lines are not running: JR Tokaido Line (Tokyo-Atami), JR Yokohama Line (Hachioji-Higashi Kanagawa), JR Yokosuka Line (Tokyo - Kurihama), Toyoko Line (Shibuya-Yokohama), Sotetsu Line (Yokohama-Yamato), and Yokohama Subway (entire Blue Line)
4) If 1 of the lines indicated in 2) above and 2 of the lines indicated in 3) above are not running
For Tsurumi Campus:
1) If both the JR Keihintohoku and Negishi Line (Tokyo-Ofuna) and Keikyu Line (Shinagawa- Misakiguchi) are not running
2) If 3 or more of the following lines are not running: JR Tokaido Line (Tokyo-Atami), JR Yokohama Line (Hachioji-Higashi Kanagawa), JR Yokosuka Line (Tokyo-Kurihama), Toyoko Line (Shibuya-Yokohama), Sotetsu Line (Yokohama-Yamato), and Yokohama Subway (entire Blue Line)
For Maioka Campus:
1) If the Yokohama City Subway (entire Blue Line) is not running
2) If both the Toyoko Line (Shibuya-Yokohama) and Sotetsu Line (Yokohama-Yamato）are not running
3) If 3 or more of the following lines are not running: JR Tokaido Line (Tokyo-Atami), JR Keihintohoku and Negishi Line (Tokyo-Ofuna), JR Yokohama Line (Hachioji-Higashi Kanagawa), JR Yokosuka Line (Tokyo-Kurihama), and Keikyu Line (Shinagawa-Misakiguchi)
4) If 1 of the lines indicated in 2) above and 2 of the lines indicated in 3) above are not running
For Minatomirai Satellite Campus:
1) If 3 of the lines are not running:R Keihintohoku and Negishi Line (Tokyo-Ofuna), Minatomirai Line (Yokohama-Motomachi?chukagai), and Yokohama Subway (entire Blue Line)
2) If 3 or more of the following lines are not running: JR Tokaido Line (Tokyo-Atami), JR Yokohama Line (Hachioji-Higashi Kanagawa), JR Yokosuka Line (Tokyo-Kurihama), Keikyu Line (Shinagawa-Misakiguchi), Toyoko Line (Shibuya-Yokohama), Sotetsu Line (Yokohama-Yamato), and Yokohama Subway (entire Blue Line)
